Except with a slightly larger flange and two screw holes on the flange so that it can be secured to whatever surface it is in. Why is this so hard to find/google?

I also need it in 1-1/2" diameter.

I don't remember seeing any with screw holes, they're usually just meant to use a friction fit. Look at mockett.com they have a lot of grommets.

yeh it sounds like you are describing a pvc pipe flange. toilet flanges are usually 3"+ though. Shower drain flanges are closer to to the right size 1.5" isnt common though.

Wall flange, but there are a bunch of different types. Plastic (pvc) ones might be what you're talking about.

if 4 isn't a problem, it's just a generic pvc plumbing flange.

I am not sure i have seen one that size for plastic, you may put a threaded connection on it, and then use the metal type.
