What is the name of this song???

Just played on Hot97 at around 5:00 on the dot. It sounds like an ol' school hip hop song...lyrics are something like:

"pump your fist in the atmosphere...
this is ?? with [o'neal] somethin on the wheels of steel.."

Then a R&B singer does a few verses before the rappers come back on...

Yes.com is a good radio site but for some reason it doesn't have this song, it only has the song that played right after it.
