What is the name of this elementary school game?

I think it's a chick game, cuz I don't remember many guys playing it.

There is a line of boxes drawn on the ground. After a few boxes there would be two boxes drawn next to eachother. And the goal was to jump into each box, one foot per box, all the way down the line. I don't even know if it is a game or just an activity. But there's gotta be a name to it???
 
Definitely hopscotch... although it was not only a female game.

I was a grand-champion on the 16 and under Male Amateur Hopscotch League.

And then, I woke up. 😱

i dont think ive ever in my life played a serious game of hopscotch. is there even a point to it? its not exactly too chalenging jumping into the diferent boxes unless you are extremely uncoordinated or extremely fat.
