What is the name of this band?

There is a band whose name sounds a little like Laroquette. The lead singer always wears a big fuzzy hat. Mostly late 90's early 2000's, I think. Of course, I cannot think of one song title.

Heh... If I'd seen this thread earlier I would have gotten it too. I remember a Jamiroquai video with him wearing a fuzzy hat. Trippy video, too, with furniture moving everywhere.
