I'll go first.

Heated argument over the materials historically used in toilet seat construction.
 
One I stumbled into awhile back after the gay marriage thing was shot down.

Say what you will, but to ME it just doesn't seem right.

But then, I'm old school.
 
when i first joined, i jumped into some religion debates with Gurck & some others. not many debates... a couple.

then i realized there was a new religion thread pretty much daily or weekly.

further along, i realized... no one here really gives a crap about anything. so why bother.
 
One of the first few posts I made was a pathetic diatrebe against emoticons. Now, I still hate emoticons, but that thread didn't turn out so well for me. Luckily it looks like it was deleted a long time ago, so all evidence of that embarassing episode has been erased. Except for this post.
