What is the most class time you've ever had in a single day?

I don't know about you, but I think this is awful: this fall semester I have nearly 7 hours of class every Monday. 😱

I work.

I don't recall high school, class hours. Think it was 7:15 am till 3:00pm,
for 10th, and 11th grade.

Now its 8 hours a day, Mon-Friday.

Spring Quarter 2006 Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Edit: BTW, these are just classes, not including volunteering, working, and internships/rounds.

About 10hrs freshman spring on Tuesdays.

9:00-10:20
10:30-12:00
1:00-5:00 (lab)
7:00-10:00 (once a week writing seminar)

I had 7hrs pretty much at least once a week all 4years, that's only two classes and a lab. I perfer working 9hrs a day though, at least with work you just come home and thats it (well in theory at least)

10 hours of class on Tuesdays for one term... 4 on Wednesdays and 6 on Thursdays.

Wednesday and Thursday left me just enough time to get homework done so I could have a 5 day weekend every week. It wasn't that bad, but I really struggled in my night class on Tuesdays.

That was 21 credit hours. There were two classes I needed that weren't going to be offered for another year (missed them the first time around), then two other classes that were pre or co-requisits for those two classes... that would have given me a gap about 8 hours on Tuesday... and I commuted 45 mins to college, so chilling out there for 8 hours would have sucked... driving home and back would be dumb because it was when gas was breaking $3/gal and I'd have to sit through another rush hour on the way back... to top it off... I just plain got sick of driving. So I just added in a couple of classes.

Passed them all, but I wouldn't do it again. Going to class was the easy part. Working on 2-4 projects at once sucked.

This semester, Mondays are the worst for me.
10:00-10:50 physics
11:00-11:50 math
12:30-1:20 Latin
3:00-4:20 Animal Mind
7:30-10:30 physics lab

The worst I've had was 4 hours in one day. I've been pretty lucky. I also took summer classes just so I wouldn't have that problem. It is my last semester and I am only doing 4 classes - 2 on MWF, and 2 on TT.

Thursdays-
2:30-4:10 - Lab for a CE class
4:20-5:40 pm CE Class
7:00-10:00pm Database Concepts

6:30am to 1:30 pm ....WORK...🙁

Regards

Yep. Plus, you get paid to think instead of paying to think😉

On Tuesdays my Freshman year I went from 9AM to 8PM. That's 11 hours. The only breaks I had were the 15 minutes to get to your next class. I'm at a large campus, 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time for you to get to your next class if you don't wait behind and talk to the professor for even a minute.

Last year was worse though. It wasn't pure school, but I got a job and had to do work and go to class from 8AM until 7PM on Wednesdays. That's another 11 hours, but thankfully at an IT job you get times of rest and a lunch break.

It all pays off in the end though. Second semester of Freshman year my earliest class was at 2PM. Also, all of next year I only have easy courses to take because I've done all of my most important coursework. I'm a Physics major, and I will be taking a history class, a theatre class, thermal physics, a lab, and a grad-level quantum course (which is a good thing because the quantum courses at my university are the most awesome courses imaginable)
