What is the model of the processor ?

Hello all,

Do you have an idea of what could be this processor ?
Or do you have any tips that could help me to identify it ?





I see on the processoir : Intel Confidential - Intel 187.
I counted 1248 pin.

My first idea is a Xeon but I hesitate with Gainestown/Bloomfield.
I'm a bit lost I don't know how I could find more information, so that's why I'm looking for help with professionals
