What is the Min PSU requirement for a Q6750 ?

i plan on putting a Q6750 cpu on a matx board. i will only connect 1 dvd burner on it.
i just wondering if a 300 Watt PSU going to be enough. Thanks~

Possibly, which PSU (specific make and model)?
 
A good 300W? No problem.

I run an Athlon64 4100+ with a 7950GT OC with one optical off of a 325W PSU.
