what is the medical jargon for ear doctor?

Hmm.. Not sure.

AFAIK, they're just called ENT's.. Ear, Nose, Throat doctors.

Ah ok, unfortunately the site I was at dosen't have ENT's as a search option. Would someone recommend a good site for finding specialists in your area?

Oh nice, webMD.com has a specialist glossary!

Otolaryngologists are trained to diagnose and treat diseases of the ear, nose and throat. They are often referred to as Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists or ENTs.

Gotta love jargon
