What is the ME_UNLOCK header for?

I just noticed something that is completely new to me.

What the hell is the ME_UNLOCK Header for?
All the manual says is that it is for factory use.

Probably to unlock the Built in Windows ME OS that comes from the factory (Hence Factory use only):awe:

most likely an artifact in the BIOS in regards to the Manageability Engine - found in vPro platforms
