Without damage, of course...

Asking because mine has been REALLY hot lately, way hotter than usual...

Averaging up to 86 celsius in gaming...

Inspiron 9300..

No clue.

My CPU is a little toastier than it used to be as well...but only marginally.

The GPU is significantly hotter.

This is probably a serious issue. I would have a technician look at it because it sounds like a fan is not functioning. Get it fixed before your computer overheats...

I don't know...I use I8kfangui and its reporting the fans as functioning...

I am still under Dell's limited warranty, but I don't want to ship my computer away for a month...I have no clue what I'd do with myself if I had no computer...

could always pull the panels off (or at the very least just feel for air coming out the vents) and see if the fans are spinning for your self

Have you tried elevating the back or anything to lower temps a bit? EDIT: I have a 9300 with a 6800go at home. I'll take a look at it when i get home at 6ish and make a post.
