What is the max temp's of my motherboards VRM/Mosfets?

On HWmonitor my TMPIN2 is 60c under prime95 and about 80c on IBT. Should be safe right? That is either the VRM/Mosfets or PWM, not that great with boards hence why my question looks terrible, the make is a GA-Z77-D3H although it is in the sig.

EDIT: Just thought I would add it idles at 45c.

VRMs tend to have stable operation up to 130C, nothing to worry about with your temperatures.

What about the Mosfets? Sorry for all the dumb questions but I certainly don't want to blow it up, this is stopping me from overclocking further, trying to get rid of some of the energy saving stuff to try and get a bit more, but atm I like what I have :)
