I've got a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 (8x) 128MB from chaintech, the ordinary fan died yesterday, now i'm on the way of mounting another one I removed from an old P2 300 CPU, so my question is simple, this fan must consume about 1.2W (0.1mA*12V DC), Is safe to connect it to the integrated connector of the video card?

Thanks in advance

I don't know about your card, but some of those integrated fans are 5V...
I'd just connect it however it was meant to be plugged in.
