I can weld. I own a tractor and chainsaw and use both regularly. I am a pretty good shot with my handgun, shotgun, and rifles and have my CCW. I like to collect knives and have a bit of a tool fetish. I can spend all day putting up hay or firewood. I reroofed and resided my house. I built my deck and 400 sqft greenhouse. I'm stronger than my 6' 15 year old son (who is pretty strong.) I've had a couple fillings done with no pain medication.

At a 5th grade picnic the teachers needed to throw some stuff away, but it was too windy to set the trash bag alone, so they needed someone to hold it for them. The problem? Bees swarming all around the bag. The solution? Pay me with a box of Nerds candy and I'll happily risk my well-being and life.

(Yeah I know bees are generally not harmful and I wasn't stung, but everyone else in my class pussied out, so it's the one thing I can say I did that showed manliness. Don't take it away from me, or I might cry.)

EDIT: Oh, and in 5th grade during an assembly meeting I realized that a girl I had a crush on from 3rd grade was sitting directly behind me, so I laid backwards into her lap. She punched me and threatened to tell the teacher and I begged her not to and that I was just really tired and passed-out, but hey, it's the only time I ever took an initiative with the wimminz. Thinking about it, my balls were infinitely more massive in elementary school (and 6th grade) than any time since.

I walked two miles on my hands and knees. I wrestled with a lion and a grizzly bear. I swam the sea. I put out a burnin' building with a shovel and dirt and didn't even worry about getting hurt. I climbed the empire state and fought Mohammad Ali.

16+ years in the Army.

Oh, and one time I told the bitch behind the counter that she'd better fucking put double the bacon and double the cheese on my Baconator or I'd have to come back there... ;)

PS - Also, right now I am eating bacon and drinking beer...just because...

Din't know what the manliest thing that I ever done, but there are a few:

At 5 or 6 years old I ran out from my grand parents bomb shelter in the middle of a bombing raid (shells were falling all around my grand parents farm) to save my grand parents talking black bird (got into a lot of trouble from my aunt for it).

At 6 or 7 years old I cleaned a 3 or 4 years old wound with iodine and bandage it up for her (it was a really bad cut, she lost 1/2 of the first digit of her finger).

At around 8 years old I sew my self up after a bad cut with my mom sewing kit and used iodine to clean up the wound (gave myself 3 stitches).

At 12, I was drafted into the army to stop Pol Pot from killing innocent people.

At 12 years old my family and friends escaped the communist in a 27' wooden boat (19 people, adult and children) that wasn't completed. the deck was open and storm/waves water was rapidly coming in. I was the only one that was brave enough to climbed out on the deck and sealed it with rope and tar (my dad was too busy with the steering, the young captain was useless because he feared for his life and his family).

I'm sorry but that is not manly. Killing people from the safety of your killer plane from above is far from being manly.

Yeah, whatever you say.

Then, sleeping with your mom must have been pretty manly.

Bench-pressed a manual transmission into place while my dad bolted it into place. Granted, it was a Honda Accord transmission, but still.

*oh wait...i also reformatted Windows.....without backing up a damn thing on purpose!

Hell, I do that all the time.

Nothing against the thread, I just don't think your OP was very fair.

His OPs are only used to spam the video website, nothing more.
You wont get much of a response from him, he's a hit and run spammer.

Of course he may read this and post to throw us off.

With only the basics in welding knowledge and practice, created/welded a front entry gate for our home. Involved design, cutting torch, hand-bent scrolls, priming and painting. Job took about 40 hours over 6-7 long weekends in our garage. Currently mounted at he front of my driveway, every day when I come home from work and it opens from the comfort of my car, I smile.

Heat exhaustion. Dogs can't sweat. Hope you don't make that mistake again.

I think I read something here about that happening to some other dog and the owner just left it, dying, in front of a bunch of strangers.
