So far, I think the longest is around 12 inches? It seems like the Sound Blaster AWE32 would beat all of those then, at 14" (although that's a sound card, so it doesn't really count).

Length is not important, it is how you use it that really matters. ;)

I have a box full of old ISA cards (SPEA brand specialized CAD graphics cards that came with their 20" CRTs, back in the days) that measure 34 centimeters card edge to edge (not measuring any handles or the slot bracket).

That's 13.4 inches, and that's /exactly/ the original maximum length of a standard PC card slot. Cards that actually fit a regular PC can't be any longer than that.

Do I win then?

some of the old MCA bus XGA cards for the IBM PS/2 series PC's were over 14 inches long, the MCA bus network cards and memory cards were even longer.

The best part about the voodoo5 is that it still only had one VGA output! :D

Keep those pics coming, they're great!

Well, if nothing else, I learned about a bunch of different video cards that I hadn't heard of before  . What's next I wonder...a triple slot [single, non-SLIed] graphics card?

Since people brought up the voodoo 6000, anyone have a link to the site that benchmarked it with newer games to see how it compared to current cards?
