There are two EE grad classes at my school that each have 8 hour finals. You come in on a Sat and write the exam all day basically.

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam....morning section is general math/science/economics and afternoon session can be more of the same or questions from your major (ie, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, etc.). The exam is given on Saturdays twice a year and usually takes the full 8 hours.

Later this year, I get to take the Professional Engineering exam...8 problems to do and you have 8 hours to do it.

Damn, that's a lot of drink recipes you had to memorize if it was 3 days long.

For me, it was probably a piss test.

If you don't count IQ tests, then World Civ I.

9 pages and 1.75 hours answering two questions. Of course, I needed more time, but I had to leave for work. The test was supposed to take 45 minutes.

Professional Engineer's exam: a 4 hour morning section and a 4 hour afternoon section. A lot of studying leading up to it.

The high school graduation exams were 4 hours each, the English Language (class C1) exam was about 4 hours long as well.

the mcat was a 6 hour test that spanned about 8 hours.

the usmle is a 3 (technically 4) step test that lasts 5 days.

taken the first, will take the second. should be cake ;)

edit: 5 days, not 4.
