As long as someone does not pay via CC I do not get charged for it, right?

So no fees whatsoever but you cannot accept credit cards, correct?

If you were to, say, sell a $20,000 car on eBay, and the buyer sends you funds from their bank account, you wouldn't have to give PayPal $0.01 of that.

EBay, on the other hand, is another story 😉

There is no limit to the amount of money you may receive with PayPal. However, if you have a Personal account, you cannot receive payments funded with a credit card.
