What is the layout of the Northbridge/Southbridge chips

Would someone be kind of to tell me what is the format (layout) of the NorthBridge and of the Southbridge (Intel 845E Brookdale-E) chips for this motherboard ?

Please correct me if I am wrong but I believe the Southbridge chip is a BGA layout chip ? If not please reply with the correct layout of this chip and the same for the Northbridge which I believe is a FCPGA ?

erm what motherboard? I'm not seeing a specific model listed.

Chipset chips are almost always BGA, regardless of what they are. I don't think I've ever seen a socketed NB or SB.
