What is the latest you ever made it to work?

The latest I ever made it to work was 5 hours late once.

My last job worked on a point system, as long as I didn't violate the max number of points I was OK no matter how late I was. Nobody would ever say a word.

If I was going to be late at all I'd usually say screw it and be REALLY late. Up to 4 hours it was worth the same number of points.

Now I'm salaried & nobody really cares when I get here, sometimes it's as early as 7:30 sometimes as late as 10 or 11.

heh i was working hourly and i was sopposed to be in at 7:30 am. I got in around noon. heh i forgot i was sopposed to be at work that day. i had the job another 5 months before i quit.

I haven't been really late..except for funerals & such. It's pretty lenient where I work -- I'd have to pull a few no call/no shows before anything serious happened.

2 weeks late once... i had a crapload of tests and labs due that week. my boss was cool though, it was a campus job and she knew i was taking 2 lab classes and 2 paper-intensive classes that semester.

We have a guy that came in 9 hours late on a 12 hour shift without calling. He still works there.

We have flex hours. Once I was WAY ahead of schedual on a Tursday and didn't bother to call in sick. TRuth is, I was actually sick and decided to sleep. Supervisor wasn't to happy about that. Other than that, I jsut have to make sure I don't miss meetings. Deadlines are deadlines. They don't change. When you get in (where I work) really doesn't matter.
