What is the last nvidia driver able to override refresh rates?

Recently went back from an Ati 9800 Pro (AGP) to an Nvidia 6800 GTO (PCI-E); since it's been awhile I don't want to have to sift through drivers to find which one has the refresh rate override, I only know that the latest one doesn't.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks...!
