What is the key between the Windows and CTRL keys on the right side of the keyboard?

And how do i re-map it to do something else, like bring up Calculator, or close a program (alt-f4)?

Right click key.

I am unsure how to remap keyboard keys, but I am sure a quick Google can fix that.

Yeah - it is called the "Application Key" and is equivalent to a right click context sensitive. It is a very useful key for those who prefer keyboard speed to mouse facility.
