What is the "Intel Net Driver Version 6.1.3.0" on WindowsUpdate.com?

When I go to windows update.com for my w2k workstation, it says that I have new driver avaliable and it's the "Intel Net Driver Version 6.1.3.0". What exactly is this? It's a real driver from some hardware I have? Should I install it?

It's probably for either the integrated LAN on your motherboard, or your NIC if you have an Intel NIC. Installing it shouldn't cause any problems..

Insane3D is correct. It's for an Intel NIC.
