What is the Institution Number for Soctiabank?

I can only find the Branch Number but no luck with this Institution Number... what is this anyway?

Its the number that identifies your bank. I think CIBC is like 013 or something... I'm pretty sure it's 3 digits. I believe you should call your bank to find out.
