I have the Asus A7V266-E motherboard and want to know if there is somebody else out there who has some experience with this motherboard when it comes to overclocking and knows something about what the highest FSB this motherboard can use is, and still be stable and useful of course.
I want to know this since there are many 333 MHz FSB CPUs out there, like a 3000+, and this motherboard is only made for 266 MHz FSB CPUs that tops out at 2400+. (Alright, 266 MHz FSB CPUs top out at 2600+ but a CPU like that is REALLY hard to find.)
But, if this motherboard is still stable in the overclocked 166 MHz FSB setting I'm wondering if I should maybe buy one of those CPUs and put that in my motherboard, so that I don't have to buy a new motherboard.
