Subway is definitely the healthiest. Especially if you go with the low-fat sandwiches. Only 1x meat. You can get out of there with a 10-15g of fat meal, even with cheese and mayo. It's not too expensive, either.
You may just be too young to start putting on the weight. I was 170 and ate a ton until I hit my mid 20's...now I'm in the 190-200 range... and don't eat that much.
