The first thing that comes to my mind is Top Gear.. and since it was not an option I selected BBC as it basically owns TG.

"I don’t know where he is. I really just don’t spend that much time on him, to be honest with you."
He's not a priority"

You are taking that out of context. As he also said this:

""Deep in my heart I know [Osama bin Laden] is on the run, if he's alive at all. Who knows if he's hiding in some cave or not; we haven't heard from him in a long time. And the idea of focusing on one person is -- really indicates to me people don't understand the scope of the mission. Terror is bigger than one person. And he's just -- he's a person who's now been marginalized. His network, his host government has been destroyed. He's the ultimate parasite who found weakness, exploited it, and met his match."

which was proceeded by "Who knows if he’s hiding in some cave or not. We haven’t heard from him in a long time. The idea of focusing on one person really indicates to me people don’t understand the scope of the mission. Terror is bigger than one person."

taking things out of context is still trolling.

It's NOT out of context.
He is actually restating the context.

And this:

"We're going to get [Bin Laden] Dead or alive, it doesn't matter to me." 12/14/2001

So he was for getting Bin Laden before he was against it.

Can we get back to making fun of England now?

Scroll up to my previous post. You can actually watch the video.

That quote wasn't in the Bush clip. Was it in the Hannity clip? I didn't feel like wasting 4 minutes on Sean Hannity.

..Terror is bigger than one person..So I don't know where [Bin Laden] is..You know, I just don't spend that much time on him, Kelly, to be honest with you. ...I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him."
versus

Your sig: "I don't know where Osama bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority." – President George W. Bush, 3/13/02

Is not the same.

It used to be old people drinking tea with funny accents
But, ever since I've first seen it on top gear, the Ariel Atom is the first thing that comes to mind.

Let's put this to rest:

http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/George_W._Bush

March 3, 2002 press conference:
Correct quote should read: "And, again, I don't know where he [Osama Bin Laden] is. I — I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him."

And

THE PRESIDENT: Well, as I say, we haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I — I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him.

So my sig is saying Bush was not concerned with finding Bin Laden. You seem to be quoting his justification. Well, that my sig is about. Bush did not care about getting him and wasn't concerned with getting him.

The man was more interested in killing Saddam than Osama. Had Bush not been an idiot who decided to attack country (Iraq) that had nothing to do with 9/11, but instead put the necessary resources into Afghanistan at the start, we probably would have caught Osama at Tora Bora, and also would have been out of that country years ago. Our country would be in much better shape if that idiot Texan had been a teensy bit more interested in killing Osama, who attacked the United States, than Saddam, who did nothing of the sort.

Why are you defending the worst president of the last 100 years? Your argument about the quote is small, niggling, and pathetic.
