What is the fastest speed athlon (slot A) that AMD makes?

I have the Asus K7V, and am not ready to ugrade to tbird/ddr yet (but boy would I like to!), and was wondering what was the highest clocked slot A athlon (or slot A tbird if they exist) that will work with my mobo, and how much they cost. Thanks for the help

but remember the cache is been divided into 1/4 with 1ghz slot A althon

That's not correct,Classic Athlon cache deviders were 1/2 2/5 & 1/3.

AMD did manufacture a limited number of 1GHz Slot A Athlon's, but you'll have a hard time locating one. I'm not sure it would even be worth your time messing with it. You can get a Socket-A 1GHz Bird for next to nothing now.
