what is the fastest ram that can be used in Abit BE6 motherboard?

Hi, i have a Abit BE6 motherboard,
rite now i have 256MB PC133 ram

the abit website indicates that it can support 168pin ram. so what is the fastest 168pin ram i can get?

Anything should be fine. I used Mushkin PC133 without any problems when I had my board.
