What is the fastest anyone has pushed win2K? UDMA 3? 4? or 5?

I got Windows2000 to load and run on a KT7 Raid with the mode set to mode 5 but it did not last long. Lasted a bit longer with mode 4 but now I can't get past a week in mode 0!
Guess I need to move it off the HighPoint controller and reload ??
