I'm not even going to re-check the specs on the Sammy 840's. If I remember, their sequential read and write specs were over 500 MB/s. They're SATA-III.

I wouldn't even bother comparing specs for drives that meet that speed. And for that price, though I haven't checked in the last couple months -- well -- like they say in "Flushingk" -- "Soch a dee-ulll! Soch a dee-ull!"
