What is the exercise bar called that is 3.5' long with about a 1.5" diameter that has a resistance spring in the middle of the bar.

The bar has hand grips on each end and you bend the bar in an arc and it goes back to a straight bar when you decrease your pressure.

Jeeeeeeeeeez I can't even describe this thing.............but if you know what I'm talking about tell me what they are called so I can order one. I've done searches everywhere but I can't find it.

thanks.

nope that is not it.

I am talking about a solid bar with a single spring in the middle. You bend the bar not stretch it.

It works your back and shoulders more than it works your chest.

Thank you though.

I have one. It kinda looks like this
