Hello I wold like to run a bath file (or wathever you call it) before windows 2000 load so that I can load programs like pqdrive instead of booting windows 2000. On 98 it is easy I use the autoexec.bat is there something similar.......

No way to run anything before w2k loads. W2k ignores all commands in autoexec.bat except setting environmental variables.

You can't stop Win2000 from loading if that's what you mean.

Obviously for auto-start commands there is the StartUp folder, or Win.ini's Run= (or was it Load=?) line....but you can't avert Windows 2000 start up. You have to use a floppy or CD for your boot disk.

Um. There is a file called AUTOEXEC.NT and CONFIG.NT that ARE THE EXACT SAME FILES as the other .bat files with Windows 9x/ME. You can use these files to load programs, but they will only be WIN32 applications, I believe. You can find these files in your WINNT folder, or where ever you installed Windows.
