What is the equivalent desktop processor and graphics card of i7-3630QM and GTX 660M

Hi guys, I just bought a used Lenovo Y580 which has a Core i7-3630QM and a GTX 660M graphics. I am just wondering what is the equivalent desktop processor and graphics card of Core i7-3630QM and a GTX 660M? Also, what benchmarking software can I use to test out the hardware of this used laptop?

assuming adequate cooling, the 660m is ~80% of a desktop gtx 650.
the i7 3630qm should be roughly ~85% the performance of an i7 3770 based on core clocks.
