Is there an easy way (free would be nice) to do this on Roku/PS3/Wii & other devices?

I know on PC you can use a browser extension like Hola.org (free) and pick a region and goto a media site.

Just wondering....
 
I believe there is a hola app for android. I recall reading about it in a thread discussing Netflix and accessing different movies available to different regions.
 
Wouldn't Hola Android app be for media channels on well Android? Which is cool btw.

I assume for set top devices it would be a router solution like a proxy or vpn?

I'm thinking a screen cast solution would be the simplest like Chromecast....
