What is the differnce between a Panaflo 92mm M1A and a H1BX

Looking at the Thermalright SI-97 for my PC now. I want to know if I should I bother with getting a better thermal grease than the stock. If so, which should I get I don't know anything about thermal grease and what the differences between them are.


*found AS5 for $5.99 from the hot deals sections so that's what i'm using*
 
I think the "B" model supports RPM monitoring, sombody correct me if I'm wrong.

I wouldn't bother getting AS5 over the what the Thermalright comes with.
