What is the difference?

it says 80Wh now this one

says 85Wh is that a big difference that would limit the battery length or are they not both 9cell or what?

Hard to say...

The first one appears to be a generic knock-off, and the second one appears to be the real McCoy.

If the generic version had 9 cells, I assume they would advertise that fact, but who knows?

It's a crap shoot... 😉
