what is the difference between Ut and regular

What is the difference between the UT (ultra?) msi lanparty sli board and the non UT one? The UT one is cheaper, which has got me very confused. I'm wondering which kind I should get or if it matters. Thanks!
 
Well, the ut has glowing innards under a blacklight i think. And the normal one comes with better sound, 8 channel instead of 6. So i guess that's the 20 bucks difference if anyone happens upon this thread....
