What is the difference between these two video cards?

What is the difference between these two video cards? Is the VIVO the only thing that's different? If so, what exactly does VIVO do?? They both seem to have S-Video ports (I think that's what they're called...) so what is the difference? Thanks

Those Canada prices are harsh.

Looks like the only difference besides VIVO (Video in/Video Out), is on one the PCB is black and has the side bar that I think says XFX and on the other the PCB is standard along with everything else.
