What is the difference between these two RAM?

ECC (Registered) is not necessary unless running MP's or Dually's in most cases and has a performance hit....go with the Unbuffered and get 2 for Dual Channel with the Abit.

They are both unbuffered.. arn't they?
 
Yes the cheaper 1's between the 2 but I would still go with CL2 or 2.5 and 2 sticks with that Mobo. Either way you'll be OK just do the $92.99ers
 
ECC is clearly useless when running a desk top machine. I would not use ECC other then on Server based computers.
