All three are Kingston 96GB V+100 drives. But they have quite different pricing.

Why is the third one so much more expensive than the other two? Is it a different "V+100" drive than the other ones? It's 96GB as well.

We have already seen the Tom's thread, and it doesn't really provide an answer. The part numbers KR-S1296-3H/KR-S1396-3H (oem/box) don't even exist on the Kingston website. The same question is unanswered over on the H forums too. I'm thinking either async vs sync, or warranty length. Who wants to buy an unreviewed mystery SSD drive that the manufacturer doesn't even list?

We know that G is made in Japan, and GR is China, but model KR-S1296-3H is still unknown.

Nobody seems to know for sure, but some threads suggested that Newegg has a unique model number KR-S1296-3H so that other retailers can't be forced to match the price. (The official link from Kingston to Newegg takes one to the $200 product page!) Someone with both models (KR-S1296-3H and SVP100S2) would have to benchmark them and also crack them open probably to get a concrete answer ...
