What is the difference between these PVR cards?

I don't understand the difference between the Hauppauge PVR-250 and the PVR-250BTV. There's also a Newegg link to the PVR-250 here. Obviously the jacks look different, but what is really the difference here?

Looks like 3 different packages that include the PVR 250, a couple bundled with BTV, and one including a firefly remote, at least thats what I get by reading the product descriptions.

If you look at the PVR 250 though, it is different than the 250BTV.
