Yup, just the heatsink/fan.

I'd recommend a Nvidia GTX 460, as the 768mb flavors have dropped to $170 and less. Significant performance increase form a Radeon 5770.

If you can wait, by the end of October ATI's 6xxx series is coming out. One of those cards may interest you, or at least the new cards may spur price drops for the slightly older cards.
