What is the difference between the Zalman 7000-cu and Zalman 7000a-cu?

What is the difference between the Zalman 7000-cu and Zalman 7000a-cu?

About $5 difference on PW and I was wondering what the big deal was.

The "a" version has support for Athlon XP cpus as well as P4 and A64, while the original only supports P4 and A64.

Do they both cool the same? I looked at the specs and fan cfm are same, weght is the same, so on and so on...

And $33 is the cheapest I can find any Zalman 7000 cooler. Unles anyone know someone selling a used one.
