What is the difference between the Gigabyte GA-8PE667 Ultra and GA-8PE667 Ultra 2?

Does anyone knows? The ultra 2 costs about $30 more and I would like to know what is the benefit?

It thought the Ultra 2 had the S-ATA while the Ultra does not.

No sata listed in the ultra's specs and looks like 10/100 ethernet instead of gigabit.

gigabit ethernet 1000Mbps Seems more useful in a work setting with multiply computers rather than one home pc. Plus your network would need to be supporting it. Otherwise it would just be running 10/100.
