what is the difference between BTX and ATX version of skt 775 processors?

i have seen both sold, a btx version of socket 775 processors and a non-btx version of the processor. What is the difference? isnt it still the same socket 775? anyone know the difference?

I think the BTX ships with a different HSF. So that it matches the weird cooling setup on BTX motherboards.

If you have an ATX motherboard and already have a heatsink and fan that work with an ATX motherboard, then no, it wouldn't matter. If you have a BTX motherboard, and ATX heatsink, then that won't work..the CPU itself is the same, it's only the heatsink that is differant, they don't mount the same way.
