So this is mean if i use asus p4t533 i850e i can use either pc1066 memory or rimm4200 memory...correct me if i wrong??

I was under the impression that the P4T533 has to use 232 pin RIMM 4200 ram which is different than 178 pin Rdram. My pin count is probably wrong but near there.

No you can only use RIMM 4200.

No you can only use RIMM 4200.

Actually as long as it is 32-bit RDRAM you may use it in the P4T533. If you want to use the older stuff get the "C" version.
