What is the difference between a DFI Lanparty and Lanparty UT board?

Hi all,
I am looking at DFI boards for my eventual PCI-E upgrade. My work PC is running a Lanparty SLI-DR Expert, which has worked out pretty well so far. I am looking at some of the cheaper models, and there are a few that I am having trouble finding any differences in. They are:

LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR Venus
LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR
LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR
These models all differ in price, but I am curious as to what the actual differences are as the specs all seem the same. Any ideas?
 
The Venus has a heavily reworked design, comes in a fancy case & they only made 1000 iirc - surprised that you can still find 1.

The UT versions don't come with things like the FrontX & PCTranspo that come with the "full" LanParty.
 
So besides the Venus, the other two boards are identical except for accessories? I won't be losing out on OC'ability or anything by going with the cheaper one?
