What is the difference between a 6800gs and 6800gt?

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard from a GA-K8NS PRO to a EPOX 8NPA SLI...so I will have to replace AGP Asus 6800gt with a new PCI-E card.

I'm looking at the 6800GS at the moment because they are sooo cheap compared with the 6800gt.

are there any major difference between them, besides clock speed?

Well, in my other topic, apparentley, the GS has fewr pipelines, but overlclocking will compensate for that.

P.S.
How was the motherboard, the GA K8ns Pro. It is the exact same thing i am using and I am intrested to see other peoples opinions about it.

Yes, they are different cores, but without going into more detail, I'd suggest the 7600GT over 6800GS in PCIe. I've used both, and the 7600GT, despite being a 128bit memory interface v. 256bit it is a faster card, and doesn't require an extra power connector as with the GS. They can be had for under $170 shipped too.

The GA-K8NS PRO is pretty good, the only thing I can fault it for is that it won't run my Seitec DDR400 at 1T, but it overclocks pretty good, and is rock solid as far as stability goes.
