What is the diff between Mushkin and Memman's MOSEL chips, and 1.5 and 2.0 rev ? ? ?

Any difference between Mushkins rev 1.5 and 2.0 Mosel chips and Memory Man's Mosel chips?

A tech person at mushkin told me that the Rev. 2 can be overclocked to the 160's and the 1.5's to high 140's. Overclocking your RAM is a little over the top if you ask me though.
