I was looking at some reviews on ubid, and they greatly vary. There are posts for the entire sapphire line proclaiming the speakers crap. Some people are saying it is a scam run by ubid. What gives? I got some Sapphire 83's for $100, and they are VERY decent bookshelf speakers. They need a subwoofer to help with the lows, but the mids and highs sound good enough for me. Way better than anything else I listened to for this price.
So why are all those people complaining? Are they the stereo morons who try to spend the most money or something? I have met a few like that in my time. Or am I just an idiot, and don't know good speakers when I hear them?
